Training Introduction

CoolBlue understands that effective user training is an essential factor in the success of any I.T. project and training is integral to the CoolCare Package. With the fast pace of changes within the industry and therefore in the CoolCare Package it is essential that all staff are trained on a regular basis making them away of these changes in the industry. Our training approach caters to all levels of users, from the matron who has never used a computer to the accountant with high end I.T qualifications.

CoolBlue can offer several approaches to the training method used based on you’re organisations structure from a "train-the-trainer" model, empowering the customer's training team to pass on their new skills to large numbers of end users without being reliant on ongoing support from us, all the way to one to one training sessions.

 Like many aspect of our training the training location is always the choice of the customer based on there needs. We regularly schedule core training days at our head office in Leeds as well as booking venues around the UK and Ireland .Smaller sessions within the home environment can also be booked to work around the busy schedules of your care staff.
